Surgery...

Well on August 20th 2009 I will be having my
gallbladder removed. Hopefully, I will feel better
once I have recovered. I just hope I don't loose too
much crochet time.

Hi Crystal! Thanks for your comment on my site about the Tunisian Short Row dishcloth. I tried to reply but your profile is set to no-reply so this is the only way I have to contact you.

I hope your surgery is a success and that you have a quick and complete recovery.

The multi colored cotton I used for my first dishcloth shown in that post was either Sugar 'n Cream or Peaches 'n Cream, but it was purchased a while ago and I don't have the band from it. I am sure you can find something similar at Michael's, AC Moore, Hobby Lobby or Walmart. It is some kind of baby pastel variegated. Pretty, I think!

Glad to hear you love crochet! Come by again and check out my crochet link on my sidebar to find more goodies!

Thanks for writing,
MGM

Hi Crystal,
Today is August 20th & it is 5:58 AM-MST. I feel that it is GOD ordained that I just happened to
visit your website today.

I have a prayer for you:
Dear GOD, please be with Crystal during her surgery and recovery time. Keep her safe and
carry her in YOUR arms.

Reassure her that YOU love her, for in YOUR Bible YOU say, "For GOD so loved the world,
(GOD so loved Crystal) that HE gave HIS only begotten SON, that whosoever believeth in HIM
should not perish, but have everlasting life." -John 3:16

If she is feeling any fear or anxiousness, please take it away and comfort her. For in YOUR
Bible YOU also say, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." -Isaiah 41:10

LORD, guide the doctor's hands. Let the surgery go well and let there be no complications at
any time during this event in her life.

Please keep her from feeling any pain, and if she does experience pain, please give her YOUR
strength to handle it.

Please touch her body with YOUR healing hand and let her recovery time be quick. As she
recovers, give her twice the rest that her body needs. Also, keep her from going into
depression as she heals.

LORD, if she does not know YOU, let these words of YOUR'S echo in her mind. "If you declare
with your mouth that JESUS is LORD, and believe in your heart that GOD raised HIM from the
dead, you will be saved." -Romans 10:9

LORD, Thank YOU for answering these prayers! In the name of JESUS...Amen

(Crystal, if you act upon this verse above, Romans 10:9 (which GOD said is the ONLY way to
HIM) you will live with GOD & JESUS forever. I assure you that your life will be changed in an
awesome way and you will begin having a greater relationship with GOD and JESUS.)

Crystal, I hope you don't mind me praying for you. I normally don't do this. It is just that GOD told me pray for you.

You don't know me...my name is Joyce. We are in the same crochet group: crochetville.org. (My
user name is Missdairs.) I came across your name when I was reading the Poems/Prose section. I decided to come to your blog (which I usually don't do) and this is when I saw the message about your surgery.

Just some info about me. I am old enough to be your mom. I love to crochet (I love GOD more, just in case you can't tell) and I taught myself to crochet about 34 years ago when I was 21.
Also, I have known JESUS as my personal SAVIOUR & LORD for 38 years. HE has always protected me and has never left me. Also, GOD ALWAYS keeps HIS word, forgives me, and has answered all my prayers,(with a Yes, No, or later).

If you get a chance when you feel better, would you please post a message saying how everything went with the surgery? Thank you!
GOD Bless You!...Joyce
